Basic Observations (Basic Obs)
Gain the skills to accurately monitor vital signs and interpret what abnormal readings may mean β using the NEWS2 early warning scoring system.
Youβll practise on real classmates and learn how to spot signs of deterioration before they become critical.

ECG Interpretation
Build confidence in understanding and performing electrocardiograms (ECGs) β a key tool for identifying cardiac issues. Youβll explore how ECGs work, what they measure, and how to interpret rhythms and waveforms. Then, get hands-on experience performing ECGs in class.

β° TIMINGS
This is an intensive 1-day course.
We start at 09:30 and, depending on group size, usually wrap up between 16:30 and 17:00.

π ACCREDITATION
Our courses, provided by iN phlebotomy training, are CPD certifiedΒ and internationally recognised.
You’ll receive two separate accredited certificates. This course counts as 10 CPD hours.
